Packing & Shipping
Packages are dispatched within 3 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped by the appropriate postal or courier service depending on destination.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight and dimensions of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Postage fees are non-refundable.
Lost / Damaged Shipments
Pulled is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages.
We make sure every order is carefully wrapped, but unfortunately from time to time things get damaged in the post. If there is something wrong with your order please let us know as soon as possible. Damages should be reported to us within 7 days, including photos of the damaged item(s) as well as the packaging. We will then offer you either a replacement or a full refund.
If there is a problem with your order please contact pulledmerch [at] gmail [dot] com and we will do our best to solve it. If you have just changed your mind about your purchase you must inform us within 14 days of your order. You can then return the item (at your cost) and will receive a refund within 14 days of us receiving the item. The item must also be in the condition it was received in.
We do not store payment details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
